Hi, I'm Chelsea, the proud owner of After Coffee Bakeshop, a licensed Cottage Bakery located in Vallejo, CA. We focus on creating homemade cookies with the goal of fostering community and sharing joy through our love for baking. What began as a therapeutic hobby evolved into a means of connecting people through delicious desserts. In addition to baking, I am a Registered Nurse dedicated to caring for women and infants.
