FAQs

How do your cookie drops Work?

We operate on a weekly preorder basis, which means cookies are only available during our designated preorder window!

 

  • Preorders open: Sunday

  • Preorders close: Wednesday

  • ​Porch Pickup: Saturday

We bake a limited amount each week, so once our weekly inventory sells out, that's it! Orders cannot be placed outside of the preorder window (unless catering order).

Our schedule may vary from week to week, especially around the holidays, so be sure to check our weekly announcements for the current drop dates.

Miss the preorder window? No worries, just keep an eye out for the next cookie drop!

Where is porch pickup?

Our address will be provided upon order confirmation; we are situated in the Hiddenbrooke area of Vallejo, CA. When you arrive at your chosen time, please park in front of the garage and proceed to the front porch where your cookies will be placed on a designated cookie cart labeled with your name and order.

Do we offer shipping?

Yes! Shipping is available exclusively for California residents. All orders will be dispatched on Mondays via UPS, with cookies expected to arrive at your doorstep by Wednesday at the earliest and no later than Thursday. A flat shipping fee of $10 applies.

What about allergies?

All cookies are prepared in a home kitchen that handles wheat, milk, eggs, soy & sometimes tree nuts and peanuts. We take great pride in cleaning and sanitizing our equipment to minimize any potential contamination with common allergens. Please list any specific allergies when placing an order. 

Refunds?

All sales are final. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds due to the perishable nature of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your order or have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Cookie Care?

 

  • Cookies can be kept in their original packaging for 3 to 5 days. After this period please make sure to dispose of any leftovers. 

  • Store cookies in an airtight container after unwrapping to maintain freshness.

  • Refrain from storing cookies in the refrigerator, as this will lead to them becoming hard.

  • Cookies can be stored in sealed packaging in the freezer for up to 1-2 months. Always check for freshness and safety before consuming.

  • ​For gooey cookies, microwave for 10 seconds on high or preheat oven to 350F and bake for 3-5 minutes.
